We Believe in Measure ULA

Let’s Fix ULA and Build More Housing!

Affordable LA: Mend It, Don’t End It coalition was formed to support the City Council in strengthening Measure ULA so it better delivers on its housing and homelessness goals.

Our Coalition includes major supporters of the campaign to pass Measure ULA. All of us believe in the mission of Measure ULA – to build more housing, increase affordability, and reduce homelessness.

We have come together to support practical changes to Measure ULA because there are elements of the measure that have emerged as barriers to more housing since it was approved by voters in 2022.

LA can’t afford to wait – we need more housing to increase affordability and reduce homelessness. And the City Council is rapidly reviewing Measure ULA right now to potentially place reforms on the November 2026 ballot.
